VCI Pouch

The VCI pouch is developed with breathing textile and filled with Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor powder. VCI powder is a colorless crystalline powder. It ensures long term protection to ferrous and non-ferrous metal against corrosion, oxidation and discoloration. It is an extremely efficient method storing metal parts within an enclosed area.

The VCI powder first vaporizes and forms a mono-molecular film on all metal parts; even the innermost recesses and interior voids. This film acts a barrier between the metal and other corrosive elements in the air.
